Nutrition in our body is very important. We need to take good care of our body because it is very important to us. So we will eat nutritious foods like vegetables, friuts, and other good foods to us. All people need proper nutrition so that they can be healthyand alert in order task. We need to avoid lifestyle diseases because they are the one to destroy our healthy body.
We need exercise in our body because it is also very important. And only that we will have a healthy body if we exercise regularly because they help to maintain a diseases if they have, so it is very important.
